It’s encouraging to remember that as believers we contain ALL the fruit of the Spirit, even if much of it is still in seed form and being nurtured along. All of the fruit of the Spirit is trying to grow into its place in our respective personalities. So I can truly say that you as a believer contain all the fruit of the Holy Spirit mentioned in Galatians 5: love (the sum of them all) , joy, peace, faithfulness, gentleness, generosity, kindness, patience, and self-control (often the last fruit to ripen).
But at the same time it can be said that WE as a corporate body or a fellowship contain all these fruits. Just as different ones function in different gifts, different ones in the body specialize in certain fruit though each contains all in some form. Some members are particularly loving or peaceful, others especially joyful or patient, and so on. As we come around each other we can each glean from the positive example of the other and actually assimilate some of their good spiritual qualities. Where we are weak we will find some are strong, and where we are strong others are weak and in need of His presence in and through our presence.
You might think of the fellowship as kind of like a Christmas fruitcake. But be careful, some fruitcake have a few nuts in them! (just kidding 😀)
