Who You Know

The wisdom of the world tells us that getting somewhere in life or succeeding in this world is all a matter of who you know. Knowing some influential person or persons is what makes all the diiference. Spiritual wisdom says something similar, only it hinges on who that person is. If it’s the God in three persons the Blessed Trinity that we’re coming to know, then we can rest assured that He influences (flows into) everything in this world and the next, (God not only made this day but BIRTHED it with some kind of travail out of His inner Being for our fulfillment) and will position us so that we can have the most eternal impact with our lives, which is the true measure of success: how many or how deeply have we loved with His kind of love flowing through us.
